Public Access Training: Expect the Unexpected

On a recent trip to the doctor, the most bizarre and unexpected thing happened. 

In this video, I talk about what happened, how I reacted, how I helped my service dog recover, and most importantly, how I prepare dogs for the weird and unpredictable things that are definitely going to happen when you're out working your dog  (it's not a question of if, but when!). 

It's really all about teaching your dog to expect the unexpected - and I can help you train that!
